America's hardest enduro that's not a Hard Enduro?!?!?

The growth of Hard Enduro shows more racers want to feel accomplishment at the end of the day. I personally am done sitting in bottle necks though. Races like the Shady Burro enduro made me realize we need more events that focus on long, tough days on the bike, not finding paths that require two racers to lift bikes up and over obstacles.

YES, I love the Idaho City event! I did it back in 2012, it kicked my butt! I'm hoping to hit it again this year has a ten year anniversary of getting my butt kicked, haha!

Shady Burro Enduro is an awesome event; highly recommend to anyone wanting to do an enduro but not necessarily a 'hard enduro'.
