I just got off nights last week. I work a 14-14 schedule usually around 12-14 hours a day. It sucks getting back on daylight timing. But nights are sure quite though in terms of visitors.

Did the nights thing in The Patch. You want desolate, try in the bush under the stars, nothing but bears, deers, mooses, and -48C, at times. On the upside, the right kind of bears. No horrible stories of being mauled, and left for, well, not sure what that's called.

8:00 to 4:30 for the last 8 years before I retired. Luckily my wife was on gghe same schedule. You got to keep the same hours on your day off or it will kill you. That was easier for us living in Vegas at the time.

I currently am on the "yard". The hardest thing is when your friends and family want to get to together and you can't because of your work schedule. I often still try to go do those things and power through my graveyard shift with little to no rest. Dizzy

it's called being left for someone to find...although bears that are man killers don't generally leave much...and just so you know you're still on vital, a herd of moose would be referred to as moose, not mooses Tongue

I am on my last cycle of nights. I do 12 hour shifts; 3 days on 3 days off holidays and all. With the commute its about 14-15 hour day. Switch between nights and days every 2 months. I never really get adjusted, its pretty hard on the body.
