For those of you who don´t speak jibberish, there are subtitles. But they mostly swear and cry like girls anyway 
It´s from a sports show were they strapped up ex soccerplayers (now soccer commentators from two different tv channels) with electric dog collars. The dog collars have 6 levels of electric shock. The goal is to manipulate the game and prevent the players of the opposing team from scoring by giving them electric shocks.
