She passed away at the age of 46. Not much details at the moment but I highly doubt it's suicide/drug overdose. My guess is health related.

It's amazing what vocal melody and instrument emphasis can do with 4 chords repeated over and over. Not to mention the emotion imparted by O'Riodan.

Almost didnt click thinking it was about some zombie movie or something.

Saw them about 10 years ago. They did all their popular songs and some covers, crowd was helping and singing along. It was a great show. Sad to hear.

I am not so sure there bro, she suffered from severe back pain (we can relate eh?) and it even kept them off tour. She dealt with it for quite a few years so im guessing it was possibly an accidental OD on pain meds? Just totally guessing here from hearing the report on back pain and knowing what i deal with. Way too young to go, she rocked! Such a powerful and yet beautiful voice.
