Your favorite alcoholic beverage?

I've always been a whiskey and water guy but I've been dabbling into other cocktails recently. I've never been a Tequila guy but I must say I've fallen in love with Maestro Dobel Diamanté on the rocks.....so smooth. Also, a sweet but very potent after dinner drink is a mix of RumChata and Fireball on the rocks. Feed it to the ladies and it will loosen them up real quick.

What are some of your favorite ice cold beverages?

Ice cold beverage? Bombay Sapphire martini up. Bottle and glass in the freezer, 2 vermouth soaked olives and a couple of squirts of vermouth from a mister before you pour the gin. You have to drink gin cold.

I’m a craft beer/IPA guy, but if I’m doing cocktails, it’s a Bombay gin & tonic.

I always start with either a Bloody Mary or Old fashioned sweet with Southern Comfort.

Finish off with Tito’s and sprite.

Regarding Bloody Mary’s, is it only customary to get a beer chaser with a bloody in WI?

A most excellent margarita on the rocks with some Tex Mex. No need to complicate things.

A good bourbon on the rocks. Knob Creek drinks like a much more expensive bourbon.

Nothing classy, just a Jack and Coke for me. If I’m sitting on a sunny beach it will be a Pina Colada

I had never heard of it until I moved to the twin cities.

This was my go to for years until I learned they put HF Corn Syrup in it. (page 18 of their website) I switched to Bud Light and belly went POOF. Gone.

Craft, Belgian and German beer. However, I’ve cut back considerably to watch my girlish figure.

In the rare occasion I’m doing cocktails, generally woodford or maker’s.

Try the 16 oz Miller lites - 9 or 15 pack - I think they drink better

Get out of the Midwest and it's almost impossible to find brandy

What can I say, I'm predictable. I'm also a fan of port wine.

Yeah much warmer - food is better - work is better - no change of seasons though.
