I remember being able to click on a senders email address and having an option to add it to my contacts list. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to do it now. It's not in any of the help bs in Yahoo mail.
Thanks in advance for helping me out with my senility.

I don’t use yahoo, but you can probably add that person to your contacts if you click on the contacts tab, and search their name? Maybe right click on their username to add. If you google your question, I’m sure you’ll find an answer.

Nope.
I have a feeling that it's one of those features that was dropped to get you to sign up for a fee based program.

I know everybody has been on pins and needles over this but I got it. Went to settings and switched back to classic email format. At first it wouldn't let me switch back until I told it why. All is good now.
Right!!

I’m more surprised that you still use Yahoo mail after the large number of addresses that they had hacked.

I just hate the hassles of changing. I had a few issues when all that happened but not much really. I don't have much at risk these days.
