when you're a redneck, too cheap and stupid to buy blocks or sandbags for your dually in the winter? This, apparently.

Speaking of load security expert, this happened locally a short while ago. Rig hauling the backhoe failed to stop in traffic, ran up and over a flatbed, across the cement divider and into the lane of oncoming IH10 traffic. That's a pickup truck under the tarp with two fatalities.

Interstate traffic completely shut down east and west for 8 hours. Had to take the long way home tonight. Instead of fifteen minutes it was an hour and fifteen minutes.
