I'll say. Finally something besides a Ducati or Kawasaki. Yamaha might be coming together with their package.

On a holiday vacation in the White Mountains and I do not like to have access to any Boob Tube road racing so I've stayed away from the MotoGP thread so NO SPOILERS please....Smile

Anyway always thought Rea is so dominant in World Superbike these last few years that he needs to move to MotoGP would be cool to see what he could do on a good team.

I love to see Jonathan get a shot at MotoGP. He's getting a little long in the tooth so it's now or never. His roots with Honda go way back too. Who was it Bayless that came out of retirement to ride a one-off Ducati and won the MotoGP race? Rea can pull it off.

Wildcard MotoGP race for Ducati while being a current WSBK rider. He came out and won Valencia in I want to say 2006ish.

Another Aussie hero. He is competing in Aus SBK this year on the outgoing Panigale and has been doing really well. At 49....

Cheers to Lowes and Yamaha for his first win in race 2. Kawasakis out of the points. Fun to watch.

‘Twas a good race. Yamaha seem to fiiiiiinaly have their new generation R1 sorted. It will be interesting to see how long it takes Ducati to get the V4 sorted next season.

Supersport race was a CRACKER! The new R6 is so dominant, but the inter-R6 battles for the lead are superb. Every week there’s 2-4 guys in with a shot at the win on the final couple of laps. I have to admit, I thought Cortese had Cluzel covered, but old Sandro just couldn’t get it done. Cluzel has always been good, but he suffered from riding inferior bikes in the past (and has been prone to crashing on the limit).

Rea has signed another 2-year deal with KRT. Wouldn't bet against him adding 3 more WC titles before retiring.
