Great band, been around a long time. I first heard them around the mid 70s. As bad ass as they are, they never quite reached the fan base the deserve. Reminds me of Tesla in that regard. Seen them both live a few times.

They've always been one of my favorites and they are from only about 60 miles from where I grew up. I like Rick's style although I think he's one of the sloppiest and simplest guitar players of all of my favorite bands. It works though.

Yep, he's sloppy as hell and yet it all still works, they still entertain and make a great show. One thing is for sure, nobody sounds like them and they didnt rip off anyone else. While most bands focused on the lead singer, in their hey-day, Bun and Rick had just as big a fan base as Robin did !
