Northern mockingbird. Mocking birds around here are always harassing the hawks. We are losing all our song birds to the crows around here. The crows are taking over the neighborhoods.

Must be a Yankee variety because he doesn't look like our resident mocking birds.

I've never seen one that dark on the head. If it starts singing...you'll know. Coolest bird song there is.
