Trying to remember who manufactures these. It is a rail that mounts along the front of the bed to keep it from bowing when bikes are tied down. I believe there are options for attachments, ie: bike chocks, bicycle QR mounts, etc.
Help me out, please.

I know there are others that have movable mounting tie down points/wheel chocks but the bed buddy name is the only one popping to my head at the moment.

A friend has a new Ford truck, I can't imagine getting a nut between the bed and cab, they are so close now.

Better?
You can get it much cheaper here. Two 6-foot sections for $75.
It comes pre-drilled and countersunk so you just have to buy 1/4" pan head screws, washers, and nuts to install it.
You shouldn't have to put the nuts between the bed and the cab. Can't you reach up under the lip of the bed and put them there?
I will say that I don't think it would reinforce the front of the bed very much when you pull the bike against it. It is just aluminum, not heavy steel like the bed buddy, etc.
4 of these.
And 2 of these.
Put bike on stand, connect turnbuckle to tie down ring, other end to foot pegs, and tighten down.
No honking on the forks, no bending the front of the bed, no accidental hooking a cable or wire, and you could flip your truck on it's side and your bikes won't move.
At one time, there was something on the market that looked like what I wanted, (QR mounts for bikes, etc), but haven't seen it in quite a while. Probably out of business.
