Thoughts on Henry Golden Boy 22?

Anybody have experience with a new Henry Golden Boy? I'm wondering how the quality of the new ones being manufactured is regarding the lever mechanism, brass parts, and sights/accuracy.

Main uses will be open sight rifle practice and groundhog control.

Damn pretty gun with a most excellent warranty. Haven't put a whole lot of rounds through ours but zero issues other than getting caught up in a flood. Blush

Check the pricing in your area as they seem to vary depending on where you purchase it.

I bought a Henry last year , Not exactly the same one you are interested in , this one is a 30 30 . The action is very mechanical and smooth feeling the whole travel of the action. I would buy another in a heart beat .

Thanks guys. I'll be looking at paying $440 + tax on it. Trying to decide between the Henry and a CZ 455 Lux 22
