The French have started bombing, and now I´m reading about US cruise missiles hitting targets too.

There´s a very interesting revolution happening in the Arabic speaking Northern African countries these days! (And Bahrain and Yemen)

I can't figure out why it's better for us to be bombing Libya than it is for Kadaffi (or however we're spelling it this week) to be bombing Libya.

As long as all we do is push a few buttons I'm OK with it.
We'll see if anybody gets liberated.

The rebels did a good job against the military, so if NATO and prefereably a few Arab countries too, take out the worst parts, the people should be able to deal with the rest.

BTW: Look for the Libyan weapons to hit poor African countries and civil wars real soon!

Except for the "UN Authorization" part, which Bush didn't have, and the invasion and domination of a Muslim country, which Obama won't even consider, and the "WMDs and links to terrorism" part that didn't exist, and the "American self defense" angle that was laughable...other than that, and the fact that we're not going to get stuck owning another dump-ass country that's going to cost us a trillion dollars to rebuild and still wind up with a population that resents and hates us, there's not much difference at all...

We missed the window on this and will be lucky if it turns out right.
But we waited because of the UN dragging it's feet.

Probably should have not done it at this late a time in the situation.

Afghanistan or Iraq...which one are YOU talkin' about?

You probably need to take a deep breath and go hold Nacho's hand while the -2- of you go for a walk out at the Shoals...

Besides, unless you have a Crystal Ball and a good Intel source...You're a presumptuous negative lil' bitch with a real hard-on Bush.

Wow, that was predictable.

I'm jus' sayin'...

Actually, you could use some kinda reliable or tangible resources; because, all you guys have got, so far, is your New York Times and Soros induced circle-jerk that's brought you neither Hope nor Change.

Btw, did you ever figure out the National Public Media thing or are you still flyin' blind on that one, too?

I actually got phone calls from people laughin' at'cha over that one.

Classic.

I'm OK with with how it's been handled so far.The last thing we need is another Mideast front. This is and should be in Europe's lap.

You obviously don't read much. Resources? Do you mean, like, official US government documents? Much of those are now public domain now and pretty much prove Bush's whole war was a scam.

You need to get out of CA once in awhile and educate yourself.

Yes, out of California and on to the more intelligent locales like the Belt-Way? (Twice already, this month)

I'll be at the ol' 5-sides in a coupl'a weeks. "Official Business".

You?

But, I'm sure you're the real traveler around here.

How long does it take you to burn-up a pass-port?

What line do you have to wait in at the airport?

Yup.

I've got the problem.

I'm the one running thru the streets of San Antonio with a torch screaming "Get Bush!".

Sure, it's me.

"Insults"?

Clown.

Your lack of intellect is the biggest insult.

You cry "Foul" for the actions of one administration; yet, you wave your hand in approval when another does the same kinda shit.

Yup, I've got the problem.

(This is where you compare the -2- "actions" and continue to ignore my Q about Afghanistan v. Iraq)

Have a nice angry lil' bitch kinda day.

An entirely different issue was posed in the on-set...or...are you guys SO fixated on Iraq that you missed it?

Moving on denies the point and the obvious opportunity to watch some of you implode.

Besides, this is too much fun.

You can't remember your first post in this thread? You need to talk to some of the VitalMX concussion experts, quick.

Arab League criticizes allied airstrikes on Libya

(AP) – 2 hours ago

CAIRO (AP) — The head of the Arab League has criticized international strikes on Libya, saying they caused civilian deaths.

The Arab League's support for a no-fly zone last week helped overcome reluctance in the West for action in Libya. The U.N. authorized not only a no-fly zone but also "all necessary measures" to protect civilians.

Amr Moussa says the military operations have gone beyond what the Arab League backed
.

Moussa has told reporters Sunday that "what happened differs from the no-fly zone objectives." He says "what we want is civilians' protection not shelling more civilians."

U.S. and European strikes overnight targeted mainly air defenses, the U.S. military said. Libya says 48 people were killed, including civilians.
