Is me.riding weather is coming and i just stuck my hand in a table saw.Partial amputation of my middle finger and cut tendon on index finger. In two weeks i should know if they are going to fuse the knuckle in my middle finger. This sucks.
The only good part is i will be able to spend more time on vital.

That really sucks, but you'll fine.

My Dad has only had 4 1/2 fingers since he was 10, and the only thing he has a problem with is, picking his nose.

Clutch or front brake hand?
I'm guessing it's your brake hand, You don't really need the front brake anyways.Whistling

Stay in good spirits (I know easier said then done) and you will be just fine after the adjustment of your new (different) hand.
Maybe it'll make you faster!
Hang in there buddy.

Damn man hope it all works out for you.

I have a friend in Oklahoma who's 13yr old son just lost his thumb in a roping accident.

2 weeks later after amputation the little bastard was back out roping to try and stay in the points in a series for a new saddle. Tough little bastard.

I passed out reading this. Those damn saws scare the heck out of me.
Get well soon.
The upside is that you will be able to flip off cops and not get in trouble for it if they fuse that knuckle.

Yeah , everytime i use any saw i hear my dad yell " One hand for you ( safety) and one for the job". It usually happens when you are doing repetitive cuts or gnarly ones.

Parry Klassen was a top 30/40 National MX racer for at least 2 seasons in '79, '80 thereabouts; had no left thumb or middle finger from a similar accident as a 9 yr old kid.

Said hello a lot with his left glove hand, middle glove finger flapping....he is a remarkable guy and still rides and at 54 looks forward to racing Mammoth.

Best wishes and every success to you..

Even before this i could only type with 2 fingers, now i am down to one.It takes a while to type things out now.You know how some people on here like to point out mistakes so it takes me even longer to get it right.
