Seen many good stand-up comedians over the years, my 2 top picks would be Doug Stanhope and Billy Connolly.

Who do you recommend?

I would not go see Nick Offerman. Worst show I've ever seen. I should have walked out.

Same here. After seeing him on TV I really thought it would be a great show. Absolutely the worst show I’ve been to by far. My wife and I actually did walk out. We kept waiting for it to get better but it never did. About halfway through we said fuck it. We weren’t the only ones either.

Daniel Tosh put on a great show, never laughed so hard in my life at him and his guests.

Big Jay is funny for sure, as Jeremy mentioned. I also like Bert Kreischer and Anthony Jeselnick.

Daniel Tosh was amazing. When he offends someone in the crowd he will focus on them and tear them apart. Pure comedy gold.

Tom Segura is hilarious too. Hes much less controversial than Tosh but hes hilarious nonetheless.

Patrice O'neal

Gone too soon. Browse youtube for his stand up, his clips from Opie and Anthony radio are worth a listen too. Would love to see him handle the current outrage culture.

I wish I could’ve seen Mitch Hedberg live. First time I saw him was his standup on Comedy Central and it was hilarious. After seeing it I went on a YouTube binge of his other performances. That guy was funny as hell.

I can't wait to see which path he takes , Raw and Delirious still hold up to this day. I'm guessing he is going to tread lightly.

Yeah, Delirious was awesome. I think I read somewhere that Eddie regretted some of the stuff he said....Laughing

But for me lately Dave Chappelle and Bill Burr are my go to comedians for a laugh.

I've been on a big Chris DiStefano kick lately. Dude cracks me up with his stories about his low-level mafia dad and grandfather. I don't think he has any full length specials on Netflix or Prime, though.
Another good one on Netflix is Deon Cole's special Cole Hearted.

Speaking of YouTube, (i live on there nowadays) check out the "This Is Not happening" series on the Comedy Central channel. Various comedians tell real life stories that are friggen hilarious! Even Drew Carey had me laughing so hard talking about his best friend tripping hard on drugs.

Here it is:

My 3 favorite live shows I've been to were Bill Burr, Charlie Murphy and Dave Chappelle.

Patrice O'neal was next level.
