Hmm, if you don't mind me asking, where in San Diego have you experienced such individuals? I've lived in San Diego for 23 years and have never encountered any problems except for traffic.

Got it. I definitely agree that in recent years, there has been a spike in people like the ones you described. It hasn't affected me but I have definitely noticed it.
