Finally splurged for HBO. When you're previewing it seems like they all have great movies. For those who have or have had all of the movie channels, which one has the latest movie releases?

For newly released movies, if it’s something I “really” want to see I use Amazon and just rent them for like $4.99. If it’s something I “kind of” want to see, I’ll usually just wait until it’s on Netflix or something. If you haven’t started watching them already, I highly recommend “Eastbound and Down”, “Game of Thrones,” and “Deadwood” on HBO. My wife wanted to watch GOT and it was a slow start for me, but it’s pretty good once you get into it.

Not sure if you get it down South but The Movie Network has recent stuff. Dunkirk was released/premiered on Saturday.

If it’s movies you are after you will find all of the premium channels will run the same old shit into the ground. We tend to use the premium channels for excellent series and I would say HBO has the best overall. Showtime has really good series also.

If I had to pick just one for movies I may opt for Starz
