22 pages so I apologize if this one has already been mentioned but, on Amazon Prime, “The Peanut Butter Falcon” is an excellent movie! Highly recommend.

Recently finished Watchmen, after a shaky first half the 2nd half of the series tied it all together brilliantly. Just started the new HBO series Lovecraft Country, seems to have a similar racial theme running through it as Watchmen did. Well made if nothing else.

Looking forward to the new Fargo season.

Finally got through all 30+ episodes of El Chapo. Started out rough around the edges but turned out pretty decent all the way through.

Damned government dude was a bigger piece of work than drug lord dude.Woohoo

I couldn't get through Watchmen. I lost interest early on and gave up.

Lovecraft Country is pretty interesting. I'm not one for shows with mythical creatures/beasts/zombies, etc. but I'm enjoying this one.

The new season of Fargo with Chris Rock looks really good and I'm looking forward to watching it.

I have no idea if any of you guys are into adult cartoons, but the new season of Archer is scheduled to premiere on September 16th.

Edited my post. It starts on September 16th not the 23rd.

Supposed to air on FXX or Adult Swim.

After 3 seasons of themes they're back to regular episodes. Apparently Archer was in coma for the past 3 seasons and finally wakes up from it. I liked Dreamland and Danger Island, but didn't care much for 1999.

I didn't watch the others, but Archer is great!

Thanks, buddy.

Rampage!! ...Dangerzone. Archer is one of my favorites. i have animals named after the cast and my text messages ring tone is the Archer transition sound. Lol
Watching Cobra Kai right now. "Sensi, is there a special way you want me to wash this window?
No, I don't give a shit and clean the toilets after that too." 😁

If you guys like Archer you might like Bob's Burgers. I think Louise is one of if not the best part about the show, lol.

John H Benjamin who voices Archer also voices Bob.

Remember when Archer got amnesia and actually was Bob from bobs burgers for that episode? I hadn't seen Bobs burgers before that episode so I didn't get the full effect until later. Pretty funny.

Just caught a bit of The Binge with Vince Vahn as a principle and Morgan Freeman as the narrator on hulu as i just clicked on it checking out my picture on my laptop. My wife and I broke out laughing and were confused if it was good or not and then we fully lost it again. We watched it and its silly but had some hilarious moments. Basically drugs are all banned except one day a year where its all legal for anyone.

I recently watched Queen of the South and thought it was decent...at times a bit unrealistic, but still good.

Highly recommend this series.

Anyone else watch this ? What did you think?

I freeking hate musicals, never understood why people thought it would be "normal" to just start singing lines in a movie.
My wife loves Grease and Mama Mia, all that stupid shit. I have never watched either.

But my oldest daughter talked us into watching "Hamilton" last night. 2 hours and 40 minutes long.

It was weird at first, but I have to admit it was very interesting and an excellent history lesson. How he came up with the idea to turn the founding of our Constitution and Country into a musical is beyond me. Even had some comedy scenes, the guy who plays the King of England was good.

It was worth the watch, great history lesson that we were taught in grade school- but it means much more as an adult. It is only on Disney+ right now.

Just watched Lucky Day on hulu. It was pretty good. Pulp fiction writers and same tone. Psychotic hit man played by Crispin Glover wants to kill a guy just released from prison because he thinks he is responsible for the death of his brother.

I’m really enjoying Cobra Kai. 1/2 thru season two. I’m on pause until the Tour de France ends since those are 4 hrs of DVR to watch every night.

Just started this afternoon, binged 8 episodes in a row. It's cheesy like a 80's movie, but that's kind of the point. My wife doesn't get the irony.

Just finished up Cobra Kia....I thought it was good (a little cheesy), but looking forward to the next season.

I want to see The Good Lord Bird. We are watching Ratched at the moment. Its might as well be the next season of American horror story because it definitely is exactly that. About an insane asylum and equally crazy staff. Its ok.
Watched The Devil All the Time with the kid that plays Spiderman and a bunch of other bigger names. We thought it was good.
This was the Google description:
"The Devil All the Time is the debut novel by American writer Donald Ray Pollock, published in 2011 by Doubleday. Its plot follows disparate characters in post-World War II Southern Ohio and West Virginia, including a disturbed war veteran, a husband and wife who are serial killers, and a false preacher."

We watched Enola Holmes and thought it was pretty good. It had the same theme and quick wit as the Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law's A Game of Shadows Sherlock Holmes movies which we really like.
