That looks like the mobile version. I dont remember if you can toggle back and forth from mobile to desktop, on a laptop, but I do see your URL begins with an M. Look at the very bottom of the page and see if you can choose mobile or desktop. It looks like this:

Yep that is the mobile version. I have had that happen on the imac when tethering with my phone before.

Go to the very bottom of the page and you can select desktop or mobile.

I'm not sure why it does that on PC. Sometimes I'll click on a thread and everything appears fine and once I click back it's the mobile version.

It's a simple fix. Like everyone mentioned, go to the bottom of page and click desktop version.
