Netflix - El Chapo series

I don't watch TV but have been down for the count and bed ridden lately. I noticed there are some threads about some of the Netflix series in this forum. I just watched the El Chapo series and it was really good. For those who have time it's definitely worth a look. There are 9 episodes in Season 1 and supposedly they are releasing a Season 2 later this year. Have a look and tell me what you think. I don't watch TV so maybe it's not as good as I think it is.

I'm only 2 episodes in but enjoying it enough to keep going. It isn't on the same level as Narcos imo - there's a "cheapish" feeling in places (gun fights don't feel as visceral etc) but a good story is a good story, and that's what matters.

Had low expectations after loving Narcos so much but I'm a ways in and liking it. I keep looking at my phone as if I know Spanish without subtitles. Threw that bisch in a drawer and hammered out a couple episodes.

El Chapo was great just finished the season! I loved Narcos and thought both were just as good. Both have new seasons coming in September

Since I don't watch much TV I don't have anything to compare it to, but it sounds like some of you did enjoy the series. Good to know.

i still need to check Narcos and now this one out.

last year heading down to ride in Baja i grabbed a book at the airport. great read, very very bloody but real. highly recommended by peelout bro

Get a HDMI cord or a smart tv.
