Wondering if there is anyone out there on vital that can help. I know nothing…my wife wants to look into a paperless program to keep track of our home/work/life stuff without having files and piles of paper to dig through.

If you just want to scan/store/email paper documents, iPhone can do it with the Files app that comes on the phone, no need for a 3rd party app. Just open Files, then click and hold in an open space, and it’ll pull up a toolbar, just click Scan Documents and you can scan and store them all on your phone. You can also select “New Folder” to create different folders to help organize everything. I’m unfamiliar with Android, but I’d assume they have something similar.
Just take a picture and, I can save it to files or, download it into a PDF and, send it out in an email. Yes, I’m low tech lol.
