Cleveland had a hell of a plan. As much as I hate to say it, I think Pittsburgh grabbing TJ Watt at the end of round one will be a serious steal. Trubinski going number 2 was pretty surprising, even though I think he was the best QB in the draft. The raiders selecting Conley probably wasn't too smart if the accusations are true. Mckinnleys rant was a little odd to say the least. He will probably be the first rookie fined for his conduct at the draft.

Should be a good night tomorrow, I think round 2 is sometimes more important than round 1. A lot of talent comes out of round 2.

Deshaun Watson will end up being the steal of the draft.......

Played some great football at Clemson, and graduated in 3 years.

Maybe. But I have my doubts. I'm a fan of true pocket passers. I hope he does well, I just have concerns.

Will he be ready to play right away? Im curious what he can do. If Tex can find the right pieces to their offense, they could be really good.

I was too! I'm a huge fan of McCaffrey, but really wish the Colts would have jumped up to grab him. We really needed a RB and McCaffrey would be been the perfect fit.

I think he'll be as ready as any other QB this draft class. He's a pretty intelligent guy, and has amazing physical tools.

He has said that he gets stereotyped as a "running QB" because he's black, probably a bit of truth to it. The fact that he CAN run well is also a factor, of course, but he looks pretty darn good from the pocket.

The Notre Dame QB is going to have a much harder time living up to his self-imposed hype.......

Hopefully he sticks to the pocket and only runs when he needs to and does it safely. I would hate to see him end up like RG3. Hopefully he ends up more like Andrew Luck in the sense that he passes before runs. A lot of people don't realize that Luck is extremely fast too, he ran track and if I remember correctly he ran a similar 40 to RG3. But we all know how differently each of their careers have turned out due to the difference in their willingness to run.

Luck has better than average speed for a QB, but his 40 wasn't really close to Griffin's. Griffin ran a 4.41, Luck a 4.67. Still fast, but in NFL terms those numbers would be considered light years apart for a RB, WR, LB, DE, or DB.

Griffin's injury issues wouldn't have been as bad had the Washington coaching staff set him down to heal up correctly. After that he was a sitting duck, playing wounded and compounding the issues. Trying to play through the injuries destroyed his QB fundamentals.

It's Philly. I went to 1 NFL game in Philly a few years ago and I will never go back. They are absolutely disgusting fans. It was a Colts vs. Eagles game and I watched some assholes dump beer over top of a young girls head because she was wearing a Colts jersey. They also laughed and screamed horrible things to a Colts player getting carted off the field with a serious injury. I've been to Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Baltimore and New York for games too and never witnessed anything even close to the "fans" in Philly. I can't even imagine if the game I had gone to in Philly would have been against a division rival.

Didnt sound like the Cincinnati fans were very happy about the Mixon selection.
