Sup dudes? Quick question regarding the NBC Sports App.
I dont have cable TV, I only have internet through Comcast. I use a ROKU device and stream using apps like Netflix, Youtube TV, etc...
I purchased the NBC Sports Supercross subscription and I downloaded the app to my Roku device. When I sign in it tells me to verify through my cable provider using a code. I enter the code it says "Unauthorized".
I can stream to my phone and it works great. If I try to stream to my Tablet or Roku I get denied.
Do I have to have a cable TV subscription to use the app on my Roku or Tablet?

No TV provider needed if you bought the NBC Sports Gold package/app.
