Before the season I said that I think that Kyrie Irving might not really be an upgrade over D’Angelo Russell for the Nets.

Not surprisingly, the Nets are 8-3 with Irving out with injury.....

holy fuck how dumb can the refs be?

and they go on to double over-time and lose by 2.... holy shit lol
It was awful... fuck knows how they're still getting so much wrong with the reviews and then they just deny this one. I don't think they should replay it but fuck, wow.

And the Nets go to 9-3 without Kyrie Irving after a big road win in Denver...…..

Almost dreading his return.

Yea not a fan of Irving either we were trying to get him in the offseason as well and I'm glad it did not work out.

But damn what the hell happened to the Sun's great start to the season without AYTON!!! 😲
Back to the dungeon!

Some injuries and some losses in some very close games have piled up to another Bad season so far and Ayton finally comes back after a 25 game suspension and rolls his ankle bad and has been out ever since!!👺

I really think the Suns are cursed but tonight we're playing the Golden State Warriors who just upset the Rockets so it should be a good game

I don't know what the hell has happened to Booker lately but he's getting paid a lot of money to be the star and closer in games and it just ain't happening!

But the night did start off well at the last game (another last-second Heartbreaker) I ran into some cheerleaders and told them I'm a 27-year ticket holder and they thanked me tremendously for my commitment.... Woohoo

Finally I can be proud to be a Miami Heat fan again!

Pat Riley unearthed some gems this off season with Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson. Plus their rookie Tyler Herro is looking good.

Haven't had much to talk about as a Warriors fan so far this year. But they've won four in a row, woohoo. They even beat G-Man's Suns. Still in last place but this season is about small victories. They scored 74 points in the first half of this game tonight. They had a game earlier where that's all they scored for the whole game. Go Warriors.

Not quite a “current” NBA topic, but close enough.

We’ve got this local girl who is one of the top 5 national recruits this year, Hailey Van Lith of Cashmere High. She worked with Kobe Bryant’s daughter the last year and part of the deal was that he’d bring his daughter to one of her games this season. Well, he flew in yesterday with his daughter for that game. Cashmere is a tiny little town, but they’ve always taken their basketball seriously!

Kawhi Leonard is the best basketball player on earth by far.

Love hearing about hs stars, von lith sounds like a great 1. In 10th grade I had d1 offers, 6-1 1/2 68 plus vertical, tomahawk dunks quicker than you can blink. Practice against d1 players, dunk on them. At 15 I,m ready to turn pro, told recruiters 150k and a 911 or don,t talk me. People don,t realize it,s a business at that level. There is no way I,m playing for books and a bed. I played pu games with a few pros, there very fluid and all aspects of there skill is polished, prob more so than Mx pros. Days when when it,s just ball handling for hours. GO BUCKS

It's a battle of the bad tonight.

Good to see Marquis Chris, we gave up on him too early.

How about Denver knocking off the Clippers!!!!!! Hell to the yeah!! I am so stoked, first team in NBA history to come back down 3-1 twice in one playoff season. The Clippers flat out choked, they werent even in the game by the 4th qtr. Talk about an upset. I thought the Bucks going down was big, this is even bigger IMO.

Unfortunately they now have to play the Lakers...uugh, Thats gonna be a big ask.

Anyway, figured i would revive this thread with the finals looming soon..
