Anyone want a 70 Boss 302? Good friend of mine passed away while his car was here getting a few dings repaired. Not a show car, but wouldn’t be afraid to drive this one. Pretty nice. No idea what these things are worth, needs an appraisal.

We’ve got a 64 Mercury comet caliente we restored about 15yrs ago, just a little 289 hipo with a 3 speed auto. Great weekend car that just loves to cruise. Also pictured with it is a 63 fairlane sports coupe that is getting an original 427 top Oiler stuffed in it for a bit of a thunderbolt tribute to the original concept. That’s been a slow project that needs some revitalization.

My buddy runs an auto electrical business, building and installing all-new harnesses into anything that needs it. He has clients in the movie industry, rich people, regular Joes that need some help, you name it. I've seen dome pretty killer cars come through his garage: Old Cadillacs and Mercurys, Camaros and Mustangs, a few '70s Gulf Cup Porsches, a real Myers Manx, even a Ferrari Dino or two. I'm not even a classic car guy but I always find stuff to drool over...

I restored this ‘58 Corrvette when I was 25. Did it on a shoestring budget. This was in ‘91. I bought this car from a guy that had lost interest in the project. It had been a drag car. It had a muncie 4 speed and 4.88 gears. I had total of about $11,500 in it. I wish I had kept it, but I do know where it is now. It is a project car again. The current owner bought lots of new parts for it, took a lot of it apart and never put it back together. He has a new gas tank for it, cam, aluminum heads, new carb and intake

SOOO much want. I’ve been looking for a 63 galaxie ever since we picked up the fairlane. The 427 we have came from an R code. Beautiful ride.

Had this since 96. Pretty much all OEM. 95 Pontiac Firebird. Nothing radical, 3.0, around 95k on the clock.
Mostly garaged lately, but it's still a driver.

Morgantown to Baltimore, or DC, in under 3 hrs, no sweat.

Thank you. That car is his baby. Bought it for himself as a pre-retirement gift. He goes to quite a few cruise nights and shows with it. That exact same model was his first new car purchase when he was 16 and he had to search far and wide to find one.

I'm building a '69 Camaro with a C5/6 chassis swap using a supercharged LSA and TR6060 transaxle and a lot of carbon fiber. A C6 dash swap with more carbon. I have a build thread on another forum, but you have to be logged in to view the pictures. I post them on my instagram though and they are set to public. A lot of metal work going on in the trunk right now, hoping to have the floor finished up tomorrow.

Here’s some others I had back in the day. The black and white pic is a ‘73 Camaro. This was my first car. I was doing a donut in a wet parking lot when my buddy took this pic. The green Camaro is a ‘71. This was one of the funnest cars I ever had. It was fast and would smoke the tires at will. The orange ‘vette was a ‘76 L82 4 speed. I sold this one to finance the ‘58 vette project. The beige ‘vette was an ‘80. It was slow but had all the creature comforts. This was the first car I owned with air conditioning. I wish I still had the ‘58 ‘vette or the ‘71 Camaro.

Man I suck. I never took any pictures of my cars. My mom may have...I need to ask. My first car (bought in 1974) was a 1941 Chevy 2 door coupe. Stuck a 350 from a police auction in it. Big fat Mickey Thompson's on US mags and Mach1 bucket seats. It was way cool for a 15 year old. Later I had a 1968 Mercury Park Lane...428 Cobrajet. The only thing it couldn't pass was a gas station. The last semi hot rod was a 1974 Maverick Grabber. 302...cam and headers with 3" exhaust. I took that car to England for 4 years...rattled every window from London to Sunderland. It was a great 120mph cruiser but I got passed by a lot of REALLY fast cars on the motorways. Nothing cool nowadays but if I come across a sweet Fairlane/Galaxie/Torino in my price range...I'm on it.

Anyone into the older BMW coupes?

I started with a '72 2002 tii

Then graduated to a '72 3.0CSI

Not my cars, still have to dig out pics. Kept a semi-stock look but did them both with Bilstein susp, BBS wheels, Recaros, tuned exhaust, etc.

The 2002 was like a go-kart. You could just throw it into turns. The 3.0 is a much larger, heavier car but such an elegant and distinctive look. The lack of a side pillar gives great wrap around visibility.

1972 was the best year for both cars.

Happy Easter!

Full weight street car, has been 10.75@125 on a 17” tire, with a smaller blower on pump 93.

Setup on E85 now and a different blower. Figure it makes just over 700wheel, street tuned it and have not been back to dyno or strip yet.

In my opinion any Brand and any year , 2wd regular cab full sized truck looks great lowered, better if you can afford nice rims but even with stock they still look better that way to me.

That guy on Graveyard Cars does amazing restorations. My neighbor’s brother has a ‘71 ‘Cuda. I want to say it is a 340 six pack. He’s owned it for 35+ years. I’ll try to get a pic of it.
