Mini tie-downs

I've been looking for some mini tie-downs for a couple days now online, but have had no luck.

What I need them for is for securing luggage. I have some nice heavy duty Patagonia cargo soft luggage I want to secure each other piggyback style, and tiedowns would work perfectly. However I don't want the big 8' like I use for the bikes. I was thinking 1 inch wide by maybe 2 to 3 feet long.

You would think there would be a product like a mini tiedown on the market. Any suggestions?

You can cut the strap to size and just melt the end so it doesn't fray .

motorcycle net cargo might work, plus hold a jacket or other carry on stuff
