He refused rescue offers but did finally take a life jacket

Keep in mind that we had a couple inches of rain and the river was up, and angry

Who'da thunk. Meanwhile in CA businesses are required to let naked men parade in front of women and children.

Actually I live in that area. And the guys address would put him as one of hillbilly’s neighbors!!!! Hillbilly’s back yard goes to the river. Used to pit and race with hillbilly and have lost contact with him go or awhile now.
