We are the neighbors next door. No border wall between Texas and Louisiana.

I'd have to climb over to get to the boudain. Or boudin depending on which side of the wall...I mean border you are on.

I did a search on the subject a while back and was quite surprised at the amount of French-Americans in the US. Something like 2 million speak French at home. Mostly located in Maine, New Hampshire and those regions. I was thinking it had to be less than a million. Pretty cool actually.

That looks like boudin blanc. The blood filled one's look disgusting.
