I did a search on the subject a while back and was quite surprised at the amount of French-Americans in the US. Something like 2 million speak French at home. Mostly located in Maine, New Hampshire and those regions. I was thinking it had to be less than a million. Pretty cool actually.
I'd have to climb over to get to the boudain. Or boudin depending on which side of the wall...I mean border you are on.
