Ok so there are many outstanding guys rockin' the drums. Who's your fav Chick kickin' the cans.

I'll start it off with two of my all time favs.
First up Samantha Maloney of Hole.
Here's a clip from the 2000 Motley Crue Lewd Crued, Tattooed tour when she was filing in for Randy Castillo.




Next up Roxy Petrucci of killer 80's and still giggin' Madam X
Here's a tune from 84 with my old mate Brett Kaiser on Voc.
Oh and this one qualifies for kick ass chick guitar player as well Roxy's sister Maxine.
Roxy also did a stint as Vixen's drummer so if you choose that one that's cool.

Wow been out of the loop too long, Saw a youtube video from Madam X from 2014 and the original band is back together and released a new record this year Monstrocity.
Haven't spoken to Brett since 2008 when his old band Kaiser did a reunion gig in Phx.
He has for several years been doing an Elvis impersonator show Around AZ and i had no idea they had regrouped.
Great to see the original lineup back together.

Funny he still has his Elvis hair going will have to bust his balls on that one.

Kittie. It's an all female Canadian band. It's definitely not for everyone. Her sister is the lead vocalist in Kittie.

Mercedes also plays drums in a band called The Alcohollys and she also sings and plays guitar in a band called The White Swan.

Very cool checking out more from them today and will look into Alcohollys and White Swan.
Dude she flat kills it. Her sister has an amazing voice and is a solid rhythm player as well.
Cool that they play together. Sister bands are cool Heart, Madam X, Kittie and i'm sure more i just can't pull from memory at the moment..

Isn't this like a 'who's the tallest midget" contest? The only female drummers I know are Kid Rocks and Meg White. I guess the drummers for the Go-Go's and the one from the Walk Like an Egyptian band are all right I think maybe.
