Anyone see the Jeff Beck documentary on Showtime. It's pretty good. Lost of interviews with Page, Clapton, Gilmour and others. A must see for Beck fans.
I think the guy is the best guitarist I've ever seen. Saw him last summer here in Indy.
He and Clapton did an interview together in Rolling Stone a few years ago. It was really good. They interviewed them together, and then separately.
They asked Clapton 'Can you do what Jeff does on the guitar?' Clapton said something like 'Oh, no. He is amazing and I could never pull off what he does'
They asked Beck the same question, if he could do what Clapton does. Jeff says 'Oh, yeah, no problem!'
Really funny.
I got to see them at the last Crossroads Festival that was in Chicaago.
I love this song they play together. A classic blues song with 2 completely different takes.
Thanks for the info.
