Who are we "taking our country back" from?
I keep hearing that from Sarah, and Beck and others, and I see it on bumper stickers, and I always wonder, "who took it in the first place and where did it go?"
Did Russia take the USA?
Who "took our country?"

The Shop
So who took the country?
Where did they take it?
If Democrats are Americans, it was their country to begin with, just like it's the republicans and independents country as well.
So, who took the country?
The liberals.
Umm anybody heard of the Fair Tax? Would the spending be this far out of control if we had the fair tax in place? I'm not smart enough to explain it but why is the current government running scared from it?
Fair tax would mean poor people and people with kids wouldn't get lucrative tax subsidies from the governement through income tax code. It doesn't fit the socialist agenda.

"WE",the people need to take it back from government. Who has proven time and time again that it is inept ( and controlled by lobbyist, ie" campaign contributors" ) in making decisions based on what is best for "WE" the people, not them darn it!
They think can run everything and do it right, but only prove they run most things into the ground.
No "proof" No "news articles" No "statistics" here to back up my opinion, just what I see and live through for a lousy 50+ years.
I don't see how any one can disagree with this opinion but, I know some of you will. Am I racist, hateful, and fearful? No pickin way, so don't throw all that crap in to the mix either.
I am not grand standing for any particular political point of view here either. Both sides are just as corrupt as the other, and you're a fool to believe otherwise.
Do I hear an Amen?.....................oops, did offend any one?
And BTW the racing today was exceptionable, no?
It was nice to look at the paper last week and see most of the incumbants in the losing column when looking at the results. I live in a Republican heavy county, and a number of incumbant Republicans lost thier jobs last week to the other Republicans running against them. I hope to see more of this in November with incumbants being shown the exit door.
I am done voting along party lines for a while. I am going to vote for the new guy or gal regardless of party. In situations where you have 2 people with political experience running against each other, then I am voting for the one with the least amount of experience.
Everywhere in govt needs a good enema right now, city, county, state, federal.
We are going to take our country back by telling all these life long politicans that they are all fired. At least that is what I hope happens.
"Deficits don't matter"
what he meant
"Deficits don't matter" (as long as it's a Republican doing it)
Dick Cheney
Your plan is to abolish The Constitution?
He was going up against a far far more experienced and more entrenched Washington politician, so you're saying Obama was the right choice?
