The guy riding the hoverboard built it himself. Pretty amazing. I'd try it over water but not a chance in hell over dirt or asphalt. Things go wrong, especially at those speeds, guaranteed you get hurt and not a thing you can do to stop it.
Side note: the watercraft looking thing in the water that is powered by water/hose is another thing he built.

i've done the jet-ski water-jet thing before, it's a blast. tough to get the hang of though.

The water thing really does look fun though. He might have invented that as well but not sure. Definitely has a creative mind.

Yes, you are right. The riding of this boy on the fly hoverboard is really awesome. But everyone shouldn't try this until getting proper training.
