We ate it too fast Laughing I have leftovers but I'm not sure how well those pictures will turn out. Next time! We have something like 20+ sockeye fillets and we'll probably end up going back for more fish Woohoo

No Ribeye steaks compare to those nice marbled units found in the USA.

These are the best that are offer in South Africs....ready for the fire later on.

Started off doin the keto deal. Worked well dropped a lot fast. Now I’m trying to maintain and still lose a lil more. Been eating a lot of vegetables and as little carbs/sugars as possible. Also try to wait a couple hours after waking up before I eat. Then trying not to eat after dinner! It was super tough to get used to but I got it down now. Oh and lots of water. Pretty much all I drink now. We’ll see if it pays off tomorrow. Finally get to ride this new bike I’ve had thats been sitting since fathers day. Talk about torture! Almost as bad as dieting.....

Some great food on this thread!! Fried catfish is a favorite and was my birthday dinner pick even as a kid. Had an all you can eat whole breaded catfish called Norris"s catfish near me..
I like to poke some holes in a potato with a fork and wrap in foil and fill with kraft Italian dressing and put on the grill indirect on edge of coals for an hour. We love to eat our snow crab mixed in our loaded potatoes but thought we would try steamed clams with onions and a variety of homegrown peppers this time combined with butter, sour cream and mixed cheeses in the potato. The potato skins were so caramelized and amazing. It was some of the best bites of food ever.

I'm sure I'm not alone in doing this, but here lately I've been going back through this thread to get ideas about what to cook on an upcoming weekend. This thread alone has made the numbers on my bathroom scale continue to climb......

Changed it up a little tonight, grilled oregano chicken served with an anchovy/olive/garlic/lemon juice sauce. Super delicious! The picture really doesn’t do it justice Tongue
