I saw a report on this quite a while back. The press has sensationalized it, as per usual. They are not gonna turn up at your door if you have a chronic documented illness that requires medical monitoring. They are going to investigate if you present with different "ailments" constantly. They want to know if you are a hypocondriac or if there is something wrong that is not being diagnosed properly. If the person just has a need for attention they get counseling to help them with that problem. If the person has a real problem that isn't being identified, they get sent to a specialist. Sounds like a common sense way to provide the best health care possible and control costs. If this had been "mainland" China I would be far more suspicious..."You have exceeded your lifetime maximum benefit...click...bang."Unsure
