My fuel cost has already increased over 33%. Can’t wait to see this.

I love Kroger fuel points. I just bought $100 in Shell gift cards and got 40 cents off a gallon to fill up at shell using the shell gift card. I then also bought $50 in chicken fila gift cards for the wife and kids. add on the money spent on groceries and I had enough points for $1.60 off 35 gallons of gas. Just filled up for $1.15 per gallon. I always take my lawn mower jugs to max out the 35 gallon limit. Pretty much got the chicken fila gift cards free from the fuel discount

Why go to work when you can draw 600+ a week on unemployment

That's a big part of it. Can't wait till the government finally does away with that crap.... "but those poor people will starve to death ..." let'em starve.

Wow that’s more than I’m paying here for 95 or 98. If I got this right 1 gallon is about 3.8 litres and the 92 works out to be about $1.20 USD that’s about $1.59 AUD for that money I can get 98 octane or for about 95 cents 94 ethanol…. Honestly I’ve been running that for years in my V8 patrol and it runs great Smile

There is full on panic buying happening right now here on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.. Literally every gas station is backed up onto the street. Many gas stations are completely out. The first thing we heard on the radio this morning was pipeline disruption, no need to panic. So, guess what everbody did. Uh, yea, panic. Un fuckin beleivable.

Regular old 87 jumped up to 2.89 in NW Georgia over the weekend. Filled up friday morning for 2.59. Several stations I stopped at this morning were either totally out of gas or had premium only. I finally found an exxon with regular a few stops up the road.

Damned Russian hackers!!!

Wife does the same thing when shopping. Will go in and buy the Kroger gift cards, or what ever one is offering the most points...receive points for that purchase....do her shopping and pay for the groceries using the same cards...more points. It's takes a little more time, and almost feel like you're doing something illegal, but I've filed up for under a dollar a number of times.

November 2020 vs a month or two ago. It's worse sincs then too. In Missouri were paying almost the same as we were paying in California six months ago.

Yeah, it's hard to imagine gas prices going up and down. Has it ever happened before?

If only there were some way to know if this is the first time that gas prices have had large fluctuations............

Yes. I worked for the biggest pipeline co in America for 10 yrs. we did hhg drilling projects of 450 million in 95. There is dozens of hhg crossings on the colonial pipeline. You bet everything is monitored every second. Every pipeline is monitored every second, in different ways. Pals of mine are engineers with the largest power co in the state. They just laughed, totally impossible, to shut that pipeline down for more than 5 minutes. And if they did, they hv numerous systems to get it online. Even West Texas oilfield monitors every inch of the oil field, by satellite and ground. I went there in 18, no I didn’t make 4,500 a week, for testing , hauling crude oil. As promised, they kept dropping pay, taking pay away. I kept showing up 6 or 7!days a week. My room mates didn’t go to work for 4 weeks. I tried 5 different roads trying to find a oil lease. I could see it on google map. I saw a trail, walked 200 yards in. The ground seemed firm enough. So I went for it, 400 yards in I see a sand wash. I,m like no fing way, I grabbed a higher gear, took my seat belt off so I wouldn’t break my back. I broke my tumorous on a lease rd, very rough roads. I ended up running into more sand washes where Pu,s where stuck. I was flying 78 mph wo, across the dessert. I kept running into more sand washes, the trail came to a T. They had a open trench with a pipeline above ground. I was like no feng way, I cranked a left. That was about 5 mi across the dessert. I had to climb a steep hill to get onto the lease rd and boom I was at the lease. I drove that off rd truck for everything it had. I was so happy I made it. Easily the stupidest thing I ever did. 4 red security pu,s showed up and didn’t leave until they saw me testing the oil. I never would’ve done that, but everything there was real bad. Nobody was making anything, equipment was total shit, living there just sucked in every way. I had a smoking hot chic in Midland tho, 100 mi away. I left as the same person, men get destroyed out there. I went there to kick ass, I left there to kick ass. Ps they where capping wells in 19. I drove threw the area 2 months ago, it’s totally shut down. Biggest oil field in the world. Pecos, Orla Texas. If I would’ve gotten stuck, I would never work out there again. Because I would be that crazy guy from up north, that will drive your truck across the dessert wo. Haha pic is of oil with water low gravity, reject paid 90, then 18, then nothing. 8 hrs to find some oil leases.

A lot of pressure opening the tank hatch, you hold your breath and run down the cat walk. I got blasted a couple times bad, head tingling, arms went numb. You get on your knees, because your passing out. You don’t want to fall 30 ft to the ground. And wait 2 weeks for someone to find ya, very desselot. Crude oil stinks more than kerosene. Pics flooded lease smelled like

gas. 1950,s oil reject-bad oil. Good oil is green and almost transparent, stinks bad.

It's times like these I'm glad I never sold my little '98 Civic. Slow as fuck and slightly clapped, but it still averages 38-40 mpg to a tank every time with 230k on the clock.

I don’t care who’s at the helm, fix the problem. 30 million Texans didn’t have to pay for an ice storm, but 330 million of us have to pay for Russian Hackers?

Isn’t this why we have a National Reserve? A Government release would offset the price. So would telling all those guys in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Alaska etc; to get back to work.

See pipelines don’t work. Shut them all down. It’s a national security issue. Now don’t you all see what a good decision it was to stop the keystone pipeline?

Never let a good crisis go to waste....

Total scam, pipelines are monitored every second. Would be easier to hack , the dams in America. Open a dam 5 feet for 5 minutes, goodbye city. The rail system has little to no, security or monitoring.
