Can you buy new frames and body tubs for early broncos like you have been able to for Jeep CJs?

Love the old EB's. Had about 15-20 of them growing up. First truck ever was a 69 I bought for $500 in 1999, completely 40" tires, Dana 60s, 408 stroker, 6 1/2" lift, half cab and sold for $20k back a couple years ago. Wish I would have kept that one.
