Hard to beat, He makes that Tele sing. Stones always have great intro's.

Jimmy goes off pretty good in the middle of that one too. D&C is badass live.

Some good ones in here.

Live "One Way Out" from the Fillmore East album. If you listen close, after about the fifth or sixth run through, Dickey does a quick note "skip". I assume to let the other band members know to jump in, or maybe to get on time. Cool either way.

I will go a little off the path and nominate the live version of "Whipping Post". Actually starts off with an awesome driving brief bass intro. then joined by the twin guitar inro.

I agree with several listed already, (I love "little guitars" Dave), it's hard to pick a fav, but how about "Stranglehold"?

Love all the old Metallica stuff that has those acoustic intros then kicks into bone crushing speed metal.
I've also always loved the intro to Heart's Crazy on You, especially if you toss in the long acoustic prelude. That riff was one of the first I learned on guitar. Another is the Crazy Train riff.

Nobody's going to mention the intro to Going Home?
Jeff Beck had some very weird but tasty riffs in Freeway Jam.

Chris Squire's bass lines are complete songs. They all compliment the song but tend to roam all over. I dig them.

Also, remember that band Ugly Kid Joe ("I Hate Everything About You")? Their second album, Menace to Sobriety has killer riffs from start to finish on it. Check out the album, if you like rock you will love the album, it is drenched with awesome guitar riffage and soloing. They were far more deep than their hit single displayed. Here are two songs from that album:
