IMO, Its not the Obama effect. Its the fact that Americans are sitting on the money thinking one of two things:


1) With everything going on and people having to liquidate and/or go out of business I'm saving my money and I'm going to snake some smoking deals. Therefore I'm waiting until things get really cheap...
or


2) With everybody holding on to their money not buying anything waiting for us to go out of business, we'd better hold on to our cash so we'll be able to survive...


Either way ain't nobody buying....

Forget Obama or seaching for 'reasons'....the markets move by mood. It touched 8300 just now. Someone tell me what sort of volumes its had today please?...well I spoke too soon...8259 just before close.
