Good thing I stocked up on all those vintage Honda parts throughout the 90's. Makes good trade material for those that are late to the vintage dirt bike game.Smile Impatiently awaiting the arrival of my new toy as I box up a stash of trickness to ship out.

What a beauty.

Very cool, but I´d replace the wooden buttstock and get rid of the carrying handle. Smile
How much do they go for?

Those(semi auto only) can sell anywhere from $800 to $1,500+ depending on how their setup & condition.
Years ago when they were importing them as surplus....
You used to be able to get them for under $500 when a lot of distributors were importing them.
But they've gone up in price since those days.
Now the title 2 transferable one's are well over 10k up to 15k....but their machine guns and there arent a whole lot of them around.
Also the HK 91's....which is pretty much the holy grail of that style of .308...are 2k+ also(semi auto).

Newmann,
You can get some neat aftermarket parts for that rifle.
Basically make it all compact like a paratrooper model.
Put a folding stock on it and do a stamp on it & make it an SBR (short barrel).

Like this...(bottom one under the AR in the first pic & second pic)

This one looks like a Title2/Machinegun.

Nah, that one will be left alone as it comes from DS Arms.

Funny you mention the HK91 as a buddy and I were trying to pool our money at a recent gun show where a guy had a really nice pair of guns. We were trying to work a package deal and almost had brought enough money with us. He had a sweet and correct HK91 and an FAL. I wanted the HK, my buddy the FAL. Unfortunately we decided to make a loop through the show and head back that direction once we made sure there wasn't anything there that we needed "more"! By the time we got back they were both gone.

I'm cash poor at the moment so finding someone willing to trade guns for vintage parts has worked out quite well. Every part that leaves save me a shit ton of money by not having to build a complete bike around a single trick part...LOL.Laughing

here is another pic. As some of you know a properly built AR can shot well under 1/2 inch @ 100.this one should be about 3/4 to 7/8 inch at 200 yrds

Sweet, a moto gun. Hubbard should post up a pic of his moto gun. Some people wouldn't understand, but he has the trickest Fox Air Shox equipped AR15 on the planet.Smile I have one in the works myself, just needs a little "tweakin".

3/4-7/8 at 200? What barrel , scope, trigger and ammo? My blind ass is lucky to hold a 6-8 " group at 200 with my red dot and 3x magnifier and of course my cheap ammo.

Newman,a few little things really help out the AR I always make sure the front of the upper receiver is square with the inside.I have a tool the do this. That way when the barrel extension butts up it gets 100% contact.I have seen some with only about 25 or 30% contact. That puts on stress right off the bat.AS far as barrels this one has a WMD match,I have one on mine and its great.for group testing I put on a 32 power scope and use handloads. After I see how it shoots then I can put on a Eotec or other sighting device.Anyway trying not to bore you guys.I like the gun above . that's pretty cool

Never heard the word beauty and the FAL in the same sentence.
Yet at the same time you just can't take your eyes off of it.....Smile
