Oopsie. It's those damn asthma meds I mentioned that have those anabolic properties.
Salbutamol is just Albuterol. On the WADA list last I checked.

What is Albuterol, it's a less side effect, less harsh/effective drug than Clen.

Dan Duchaine brought that drug(both actually) to light when he noticed they were feeding it to cows way back in the early-mid 90s.
hmmm

Then he discovered these pellets they were feeding to cows, and injecting into the cows also.
Then they found a way to extract the drug component from those pellets and you could do it at home. And buy the pellets damn near everywhere.

And the shit was amazing with a 5 time more anabolic effectiveness than test.

Damn Bro Science became true.

Rumors coming out.
Supposedly he tested for twice what would be considered useful for an asthma patient and the docs are saying thats what they said he needed for symptoms.

Sky says Froome's salbutamol concentration was 2000ng/ml.
Diego Ulissi got a nine-month ban for 1920ng/ml in 2014.
Petacchi got a year for
1320ng/ml in 2007.
Piepoli got no ban for levels reportedly similar to Petacchi's in 2007.

There’s never been a modern times multiple Tour de France winner, a dominator of grand stage races, that’s showed so little ability throughout a career as Froome until his miraculous transformation. Even Wiggins, as unlikely as his LeTour victory was, had a champion’s resume’on the boards of velodromes.

It's surprising how many successful British athletes are asthmatics, they've obviously worked very hard to overcome their difficulties with TUEs. (Therapeutic Use Exemptions)

Allegedly M'Lord!!

The amount doesn't matter if it's the same or less than what was applied for in a TUE. Sometimes, asthmatics require extreme doses to counteract their symptoms. My own daughter was given doses of albuterol in the hospital which couldn't be given to most adults, because their hearts would seize up. (daughter was 3 and on these doses for 4 days solid).

From what I’ve read Froome would have needed 40 puffs from inhalers to reach the level of Salbutamol in his urine. More likely he got it from an injection or tablets which have an anabolic effect. His handlers made a mistake it seems. That’s dodgy that a newspaper had to learn of the test results thru a leak and take it public. It’ll be curious how the penalty is dealt now that Cookson is no longer the head of the UCI. Wonder what David Walsh will have to say? LaughingLaughing “Marginal gains”
