Over the holiday weekend had some upstanding local youths, while on their way to perform some act of good citizenship I'm sure, stop by my business to do donuts in my parking lot. Along with the spreading of good cheer they were also able to spread small rocks at high velocity into my 7ft. x 9ft. pane class windows...those rascals.
Fortunately due to the type of window they just shattered and didn't break out. Anyhow we do have security camera's that recorded it all, and are clear and close enough for a pretty vivid picture. We were able to to get a shot of the vehicle and license plate, but the 1080 digital res is just not clear enough to read the tag numbers. Is there an app out there that any one knows of that I could down load my picture to, to make the tag numbers more legible?

Download and install this software (it's the open source equivalent to Photoshop). Then use the sharpen filter. don't know if it'll be enough, but it's probably your best shot. Good luck!
