Back in Aug.1990 two hunters ( poaching ) in Scotland supposedly took a picture of something flying while a Harrier jet was flying in close proximity. They gave the pic to a news agency , they sent the pic to the Ministry of Defense. There was a grainy photo copy floating around . The new photo is reported to be from the original negative . Many believe this was a secret British or American military platform . It’s a very interesting read .
