Finished up a video for a job I did on my house turning a 3/4 bath to a full bath.

If you got 40 minutes and wanna see the pain in the ass that goes into it check it out.

Going to watch now. I have four to do coming up with this house project that the youngest son bought. Along with everything else as the house and garage/shop are all gutted up to 8 foot. It's a tad bit overwhelming.Woohoo

Seemed like a lot of work! How long did the project take you from start to complete ?

I’m not doin a bathroom but about to tackle some waterproof plank vinyl flooring.

After the flood, you will find out that it was only water resistant. Wink

You get that flood policy yet?

About 10 months. I took a lot of breaks though and did a lot of stuff the slow way. It definitely made the house a lot swankier.

My contractor told me he couldn't put a jacuzzi in my master bath. I said "get out!" Lol. It was easy.

Mexican food has remodeled my bathroom a time or two. Literally, a PIA, and I don't think anyone would want to watch a video of it.

Nothing says “I’m prepared” like vacuuming the tile before you lay them.

Nice job overall, especially if you don't do that for a living. I really like how you pre-sloped under the pan liner, not many do that even though it's really necessary. One suggestion for future reference, use thinnest and mesh tape on all your cement board joints and the apply a waterproofing product like Redguard over the walls.

We do this stuff everyday (we specialize in kitchen and baths) so its fun to see how others do it.
