They're recording a new album.

Not sure about this and I personally I don't like it.

I’m with you on not liking it, I’ve really been getting into their stuff lately and was super disappointed with this one. They’ve always been political which is fine with me, but this song just seems so simplistic and out of their normal scope of work. Not to mention it seems like they were really stretching to make it work, it doesn’t have the same aggressive sound and intilectually stimulating lyrics they’re known for.

I really hope the new album isn’t like this or just a never ending trump bashing rant, they’re capable of way more than that.

I used to listen to these guys a lot when I was young in the mid-late 90's. At this point in my life, I'm not a fan either. The music is pretty cheesy. Never mind the lyrics(I've always taken them with a grain of salt, even as a kid)

I saw them play at GvR in Lake Forest awhile back. Holy boring ass show. Sorry not sorry.

Sounds like it should be the theme song for some sort of show on Nickelodeon. I have never thought much of them though.

That was pretty awful.

Definitely one of their more message oriented songs.
I would rather listen to Against the Grain, Suffer or No Control era though

Jeez. I listen to a lot of their albums from start to finish on a regular basis at work, but that really made me cringe...

i think the whole point of it was to make a serious and divisive issue into a campy poppy sounding song? Sort of their way to undermine the alt-right by making a cheesy singalong about them. Just a guess...

Not a fan of the tempo or flow of the song either, but it got better toward the end and wounded more Bad Religion like. Still a BR fan though. One song won't change that

A new song was released. I like it a lot more than the first one.

You can argue (back and forth) when it comes to taste... there is research done at university level in times of economic recession fashion colors are bright and the music is hyped up (up tempo) in times of economic grow (bubble or boom) fashion colours are dark and the music is more mellow (down tempo) don’t shoot the messenger... peace.

I used to play 21st century digital boy in my cover band. It was a fun one. That first song in this thread was rough though.

I stopped listening at “AR-15” (and not just for political points of view). It was just wayyy too simplistic and cringey.
