By the way, I can see Tyler as being a lot of fun.
He is older, more experienced, seen it all, knows everyone and it would be really hard to say he doesn't know what he's talking about, plus I can see him being an asshole and people accepting it, because he's a no bullshit guy as it is.

The rest of the guys in Aerosmith are not to pleased.....they have to stop touring so Tyler can do the show.

It should be interesting, might make me actually want to watch more than just the train wreck audition highlights.

Damn, missed this one. Is Seacrest staying? I think the show lost a little without Paula and will lose a LOT without Simon. But, we will see. When does the season start?

They needed to do something for sure. Still wondering why they kept Randy Jackson. If they stuck with the same lineup, they'd be dead with Simon becoming the competition.
Don't know if it will be enough to save them, but at least I'll watch again.
Took the wife and kid to an Adam Lambert concert about a week ago. Phenomenal voice, and probably the only current singer capable of carrying Freddie Mercury's jock (though he'll probably sniff it, too). Every song he did live was better than it is on the CD. Wish he'd put out a rock album instead of trying to be the male Gaga though. Most enjoyable song of the night was his final encore - a cover of T-Rex's 20th Century Boy.

You are right for sure, that guy has incredible pipes. In an age of auto-tune manufactured crap, its cool to see a person with true talent get some attention.
