Figured it was about time to revisit this thread as the NBA is nearing the playoffs.

Im a full on Warriors fantard, but i would put my $$ on Houston Rockets as the Champions this year, they have like 5 or 6 guys who can score 20pts a game with a deeper bench than GSW, that is hard to beat, plus Harden is playing out of his mind!

GSW put a thumping on OKC Saturday night.

The East is very interesting! Teams 4-9 are only separated by like 1-2 games and the Toronto Raptors are leading. Who gets in to the piost season is up in the air.

The Cavs went crazy in trading 4 guys and totally revamping the team, and it worked for a bit, but i think they slipped and lost the last two games. LBJ is crying about how he is being fouled.

Been an interesting season, GSW got bored and played like shit mid season, hope they lock in these last 20 games.

I have never been this into the NBA in my life, its just nice having sports to watch during the week when nothing else is on TV.

Any NBA fans out there ready for the post season?

how about them Jazz?!

hope they can beat the Rockets tonight, not betting on it but the Jazz are playing great right now. if they do then they will have beat all the best West teams in the last 14 games. right now they are 12 of the last 13.

it's crazy that they are still out of a playoff spot. lot of basketball left so we'll see.

Jazz are killing it bro! I think they have the #1 rated defense right now. I would LOVE IT of they beat the Rockets, GSW needs them to lose a game. I might try and also catch that game on my PC while i watch GSW on TV.

Looks like the Jazz are just one game behind the Clippers for the last playoff spot.

Jazz hold Rockets to just 39 points in the first half, think that is a season low, the lead is only 5 though.

the Jazz played great in the first half and were pretty flat in the 2nd. shots just not going down. but the Rockets won that game, no doubt about it.

one thing i'd like to bring up is how bad the Rockets flop during the game. holy shit there was a lot of acting going on. you could tell Harden was getting frustrated in the first half and all of a sudden he's falling down every time anyone makes the slightest of contact. it's bullshit. play the fucking game. the guy is one solid piece of muscle, should take a lot more than a brush to knock him down. the entire Houston team was guilty of that all night.

great game though, really enjoyed it right up until the last couple minutes

Yup. Raps all the way. Total lack of respect for them from everywhere - but that's OK. Smile

Biggest question is can the Raps take down the Cavs in a 7 game series?

The Rockets are on fire! 13 game win streak, i hope they are peaking too soon and flop in the post season LOL remember James Harden last season? but there was just an interview with him saying this is by far the best team he has ever played on and they are ready to go all the way, like i said earlier, they have 5-7 guys who can nail 20+points a game w/ a deep bench, thats better than GSW who's bench is not as deep this year IMO.

The west is gonna get very interesting, hell both conferences are! Playoff basketball is so different than the regular season. I think this year we have one of the most talent stacked teams in a long time. Its gonna be good!

The real question is which team can beat the Warriors 4 times in a series. The answer is none.

I really hope you are right bro! The Rockets have me worried, lets just hope they fold in the post season like they do every year.

Did you see the last GSW game? They were down by 1 at the half and up by 20 at the end of the third, that third qtr we saw the real Warriors, deadly.
