Need to clean up the engine and most other metal parts. What's your recommendation on how to clean the engine and misc. parts? Dremel the best choice?

No idea why you didn't post this in moto-related but from what I've seen on here soda blasting gets very good results.

Soda or vapor blasting. Don't use anything that rubs/buffs or you'll ruin the original cast look.
