It fit the spot as far as depth and the width was all I was willing to give up in the parking area and access into the work bays from the driveway. Traffic gets pretty hairy on this little piece of property on occasion.

Nice newmann. I couldn't build my kids plastic Barbie houses in that amount of time.

Any permits needed there to put that up? It looks like it backs up to a barbed wire fence for some kind of electricity transfer station with all those high-tension power lines? If so, that covers one place thievin' bastiges cant access.

What is the security plan for the rest of it since you said you will be storing parts in it? Motion detects tied into your larger shop system? Just curious.

I need to work on a few things security related around here for the property, probably some cameras and strobes. Had a few meth head types coming around and stealing misc. crap here lately. Caught one goofy fugger pushing my Rubbermaid cart down the road the other afternoon and I may or may not have threatened him with severe bodily harm. Regardless, the cart was back at my front door the following morning. Laughing

Looks like it's bolted to the concrete to me. Should be well anchored.

I go on a lot of industrial type sites, I see smaller 'shed' buildings like that pretty often used to house equipment but they are permanent and heavy steel framed and insulated, but still bolt together just like that and look like they could be put up with one person and a forklift pretty easily.
