Storing MX gear?

Hey guys new to vitalmx.

I have been riding for about 6 months and need to start storing my gear somewhere instead of out in the open. What is the best way to store? In a closet or can I just keep them in a rubbermaid with my bike? Thanks guys

Main thing I would think of is that they are dry and clean when you put them away. I would allow a couple days at least for boots to dry out.

I agree, make sure everything is dry, boots and helmet take the longest.
