Hi there from New zealand,
Just bought myself a cheap KTM 250sx 2003 (aparently a monster of a bike)
Im what you would say restoring it.
But having trouble finding parts and was wondering if there is anyone out there wrecking one or has parts for one?
Mainly after: kickstart lever, brake lever, gear lever. (But any part considered or upgrade) i could buy new aftermarket but it adds up quickly.
Also am doing a full rebuild and want to know of the best place to get parts for this model bike? Had a siezed big end but topend and mains are mint but will replace.
Cheers Brad

Was the rod bearing the one that went? If you post this over in Race Shop section, you will get more help.
Moto Sport in the US will have a lot of parts, but you will be charged insane duty taxes. I'm sure there a supply in Australia.
I had shock treatment rebuild the suspension which was a big improvement.
The hidden issue was i had to rebuild the front and rear brake calipers and master cylinders.
Absolute monster, fast and not forgiving.
